CUL 221 Advanced Table Service

This course introduces the student to French and Russian service focusing on table side menu preparations. This course culminates in a required public evening function featuring an advanced service style. Prerequisite: CUL 121 (formerly CUL 13) with a grade of C- or better, or permission of the program director, and valid ServSafe Certification. Three class hours a week. Instructional Support Fee applies. 3 credits. Fall; Day only.
